Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return any unused credits to us for a full refund. Please see below for additional information on our return policy.

Returns

Any unused credits are eligible for return at any point in time. Available credits are reported in US dollars and the refunds will be returned in US dollars.

Return Process

To apply for a return / refund, email support@jewelbox.app with a proof of purchase (email receipt along with attached invoice) and optionally, a reason for the return. We will respond to your return request within 7 days.
